We will work together through taking manageable stages step by step, so that you can learn, experiment, assimilate and find balance before taking the next step. It is not enough to tell you the changes you must make to increase your health, I must also tell you the “why”. The carefully balanced combination of adding good foods to your diet and the inspiration and education, handouts, guidance and practical advices, combined with communication on what to focus on now, and about short- and long-term goals, stimulate you to keep learning, and thus reaching an increasing level of consciousness and motivation.
At the time of the consultation I make some initial suggestions, along with detailed description of why I am making these suggestions and what you can expect. Once you leave, I write a full program, which I then email to you and then discuss in detail on the telephone or at a future consultation. I use this method because I need to take the time to create the best program possible: it usually takes me no more than 48 hours.
The first consultation takes between 1 ½ and 2 hours, and a follow-up session, or class, is very beneficial within two to four weeks to keep the forward momentum and to offer a deeper level of education about the changes that you are making.
