We will work together taking stages step by step, so that you can learn, experiment, assimilate and find balance before taking the next step. It is not enough to tell you the necessary changes to increase your health, I will also tell you why. My guidance and practical help will advise on a carefully balanced combination of adding good foods to your diet. We will combine the inspiration and education, handouts, guidance and practical advices, with communication on what to focus on now, and about short and long term goals, and thus you will reach an increasing level of consciousness and motivation.
At the time of the consultation I make some initial suggestions, along with detailed description of why I am making these and what you can expect. After the session, I write a full program, which I then email to you and discuss in detail on the telephone. I use this method because I need to take the time to create the best program possible: it usually takes me no more than 48 hours.
The first consultation takes between 1 ½ and 2 hours, and a follow-up session, or class, is very beneficial within two to four weeks to keep the forward momentum and to offer a deeper level of education about the changes that you are making.
