850g Potatoes

1 bag Watercress

1 handful Dulse

1 Red Onion

2 Tbsp Grounded flaxseeds

Cold pressed Olive oil, pink salt, and black pepper to taste


Wash and cut potatoes and steam them lightly until tender. Meanwhile wash and cut finely the watercress, and the onion. When potatoes are ready mix the ingredient in a big bowl and add the Dulse and grounded flaxseeds. Add your favourite condiments and stir well.
